Becoming a site member

If you want to purchase block sessions (a pricing plan) you accept that by following the Sign Up procedure your details will be stored on secure servers in both the UK and other international locations accessible via the Let The Dogs Run website platform.

This will allow you to easily manage your bookings, reschedule and cancel sessions from a central account area in line with the 24 hour cancellation policy. You will have direct messaging contact with the site administrators and may be invited to join members chats, receive site notifications and updates.

Booking YOUr SESSION

Before you book and pay for your session it's important that you read, acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions via the pre-booking form. In particular please be aware that fields are available to book on the hour and half-hour. This means that the next field user will expect to access the field at these times. You must exit the field promptly and safely.

 

Bookings and payments can only be made using the website and booking system. The person making the booking must be present and ensure that everyone attending understands and adheres to the field rules.

Your booking is only confirmed once you've received a confirmation email and payment has been processed.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that any contact details you share or payment information will be processed securely using SSL encryption within the Wix website platform and the other functions required to process your booking or communicate with you. We will responsibly handle your data and may contact you to inform of any changes to our terms, details regarding field usage, safety information or suchlike.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide on your booking information form. You should receive this within minutes of booking. This confirmation will contain the entry code for the field.

​

Please check your junk and spam folders if you don't receive this within 15 minutes of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the gate entry code before your session begins.

GATE ENTRY CODE

The gate is secured with a coded padlock. You'll receive this code in your confirmation email.

Suitability

Users must inspect the field on arrival to make sure it is suitable for their dog before use, in particular the height and size of the fence. The fence is 135cm high (4' 6") and wire mesh squares approximately 15cm.

It is your responsibility to assess the field If you are concerned that your dog cannot be contained in the field, please do not enter and contact us for a full refund.

DANGEROUS DOGS

Government legislation must be followed if you are the owner of a categorized dangerous dog. This includes use of a muzzle and lead in public spaces.

All dogs must be on a lead in public areas near and surrounding the dog parks eg. car parks.

Damage and injury

All vehicles are parked at own risk.

​

No responsibility will be taken by the owners for damage or injury to property, animals or individuals whilst using the field or on the property.

​

Please adhere to the safety notices at all times to keep you and your dogs safe.

​

Cancellations & late arrivals

No refunds will be given for not attending your booked session, and no extension is allowed for arriving late. 

​

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you don't give 24 hours notice of a cancellation unfortunately we will be unable to refund your session.
